1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and rajacuan ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rajacuan platform at rajacuan.ml, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.

Acceptance of these terms also covers all supplementary policies published on our platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules relating to particular promotions or events. All such documents are considered part of this Agreement and should be read together.

If you use the platform on behalf of another entity or organisation, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

2 Member Eligibility

To use rajacuan's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your region of residence, whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a person previously banned by RajaCuan from using this platform.
• Are not located in any region or jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person.

3 Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at rajacuan. Multiple accounts — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name as per your identity card, an active phone number, and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account termination without warning.

A Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required before your first withdrawal or when cumulative transaction amounts exceed a specified threshold. Required documents include a valid identity card or passport and proof of current residential address.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other party.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The terms and conditions regarding deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• All deposits must be from a legitimate source and in the same name as the account holder.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third parties, joint accounts, or a payment method different from the one used for deposit are not permitted.
• Rajacuan reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

• Each member is eligible to claim each promotion once only unless stated otherwise.

Members are also encouraged to use the self-control tools available on the platform, including daily deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, and self-exclusion options, to ensure a healthy and responsible entertainment experience.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

Rajacuan reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Legal compliance requirements or requests from relevant authorities.

In the event of account termination due to a terms violation, RajaCuan reserves the right to withhold all or part of the funds in that account, depending on the severity of the breach and the outcome of the internal investigation. 9 RajaCuan Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rajacuan will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account login credentials.
• Game outcomes that occur while the system is functioning normally.
• Any losses arising from your decision to use this platform for betting or entertainment purposes.

RajaCuan's total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

Rajacuan takes member privacy very seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, source code, graphics, text, and other materials on the rajacuan platform are the exclusive property of rajacuan or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from RajaCuan.
• Using rajacuan logos, trade names, or marketing materials for any third-party purpose is strictly prohibited.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Rajacuan reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Notification of material changes will be delivered through:

• In-platform notifications for logged-in members.
• Email notification sent to the member's registered address.
• Clear notice displayed on the platform's main page.

Changes will take effect 72 hours after the notice is issued unless a different timeframe is stated. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account by contacting our customer support team.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through the following process:

• First Stage: Informal resolution through the rajacuan customer support team within 14 business days.
• Second Stage: Mediation by a mutually agreed independent third party if informal resolution fails.
• Third Stage: Binding arbitration under the applicable arbitration rules if mediation is unsuccessful.

You agree that any legal action related to this platform shall be brought on an individual basis only, and not as a class action. The official languages for all dispute-related communications are Malay and English.
